Weight training – not a manly thing to do

Most of the people think cardio workouts are best for weight loss but they talk about the muscle loss which is not good in greater amount healthy muscle mass should be maintained among the women as in later life they may suffer from the different problems .

Osteoporosis one of the common disorder among the women after menopause but if the women in early age lift weight regularly the risk of osteoporosis could be decreased as weight training to most extent increase the bone density .
